The Balmoral Castle and Darwin House redevelopment is a high-profile residential project situated in the heart of Westminster, London. Jaad Consult Limited was appointed to provide specialist Lifting Operations Consultancy and comprehensive auditing services throughout the project's lifecycle.
Our involvement began with the initial RC frame construction and continued through the intricate fit-out stages. A key aspect of our role involved expert consultation on tower crane placement and the logistical management of dismantling operations. Navigating these activities within such a congested urban environment required meticulous planning and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
